eXTREMESLAND 2018 China qualifier details announced

eXTREMESLAND have announced that the upcoming Chinese qualifier will feature three stages, which is set to kick off in August.

The first two stages will take place online, consisting of the open (August 1-5) and closed components (August 8-12). The top eight squads from the open qualifier will join eight other invited sides in a BO3 single-elimination closed qualifier.

Summer and co. won last year's eXTREMESLAND event

The top four teams will advance to the BO3 double-elimination LAN finals, taking place on September 8-9, with two spots on offer the main $100,000 event in Shanghai (October 18-21).

The ~$8,555 prize distribution for the Chinese regional finals is:

1. 30,000 CNY (~$4,460) + eXTREMESLAND 2018 spot
2. 15,000 CNY (~$2,230) + eXTREMESLAND 2018 spot
3. 7,500 CNY (~$1,115)
4. 5,000 CNY (~$745)
